Introducing L6W |

The L6W is the latest version of our Patented Split Unlocker. The "Unlocker" torque senses the terrain and delivers traction to any or all of the 6 wheels with no slip, while automatically unlocking the drive to the wheel(s) that have no traction. The "Split Unlocker" or "Split Diff" splits the output of the unlocker to two inboard CV joints sitting back to back inside the diff housing resulting in unparalled wheel travel through independent suspension. |

Another unique and useful feature is the "Drive thru" capability of the L6W that effectively and efficiently transfers drive to the rear differential without the need for an auxiliary gearbox. If needed another differential housing could be added to make an 8WD or a driven trailer. |

We incorporated our "Single Pump Drysump System" into these differentials to make them more efficient as well. The same differential main case contains two integrated oil sump tanks that enable the one casting to be flipped around and reconfigured as a front, middle or rear diff unit. Notice how the front differential housing sits low and the input yoke is mounted to the side of the housing with no side cover. Then notice the middle and rear differential housing is rotated and sitting up taller with the input yoke mounted on the billet side cover. |

|
The first version of the Weismann Split Unlocker was created for the JTEV Military Hybrid vehicle incorporating two IMPACT Electric motors driving through identical transaxles in the front and back. The second version was created for the HTTP Military Diesel vehicle and of course did not have the electric motor attached. |

We then incorporated the Jeep Icon with the "Split Unlocker" into the front drivetrain and a stand alone differential unit in the rear, housed a 4 bolt subframe with the suspension attached to the subframe. This rear diff/subframe/suspension concept of ours has been copied by almost every SUV manufacturer. |

The Lasso H vehicle is the latest vehicle designed around the L6W Split Unlockers. On the proving grounds the Lasso H passed every single test and out performed every vehicle that has ever been there by completing every test. |

|
After setting a new benchmark for the obstacle courses, the Lasso H went offroading around the facility. It had been raining for 6 weeks prior to the tests shown here. For 3 days straight they tried to get the vehicle stuck with no success. The Lasso H is shown here driving up a 14" tall wall with 1 ton of plywood in the back! |
