Gear Cutting
Hobbing, Shaping, and Shaving gears. You must be familiar
with the following gear machines : Fellows Gear Shaper, Sykes Shaper, David
Brown Hobber, Pfauter Hobber, Red Wing Shaver, Hey Pointer.
Full-time
Grinding
I.D. / O.D. and Surface Grinding
Part-time or Full-time
Assembling
Prototype assembling, disassembling and rebuilding. You
must have your own tools. Previous experience assembling transmissions not
necessary, but preferred.
Full-time
Maintenance / Cleaning
Machinery maintenance / rebuilding. Cleaning up /
organizing of work areas
