TOYOTA TACOMA
Introducing Rod Millen's latest creation
to conquer the 76th Pikes Peak Hill Climb!
With a time of 10:07.70, Rod captured our
7th class win and 4th overall title!
Due to poor weather conditions, his time
was just 3 seconds short of the his'94 record.
Millen's Tacoma features our new 4WD 5 speed
sequential drysump transmission designed
by Chris Weismann. The gearbox is coupled to
a Toyota TRD turbo-charged 4 cylinder engine,
the same engine used in Gurney's GTP cars.
Adam Schaeckter designed the aerodynamics,
and John Dunne designed the chassis.
In just 3 short months, this beautifully,
engineered truck was built from scratch!

ROD MILLEN
Rod Millen rules the Pikes Peak Hill Climb with our transmissions.
Rod has won 4 out of the last 5 races.
He owns the overall record for the hill
at 10 min 4 sec!
The car features our standard 5 speed
transmission with a quick-change gearset,
usually used in Trans-Am type cars.
We adapted an earlier 4WD design
by Pete, to the back of the 5 speed.
