Jeremy McGrath has found the right combination this year as he looks likely to add a Pro2 Championship to his 7 SuperCross Championships.
It is no coincidence that Jeremy's rise to the top this year has come about with the addition of the talented Tanner Stevens to the team. Stevens was the crew chief for Brian Deegan since Brian got into the sport and this year he has found a new home with McGrath Motorsports.
Taking a win in Round 11 and a solid 3rd in Round 12, Jeremy extended his lead over Brian Deegan and Rob MacCachren.

Bradley Morris led Rob MacCachren at the start with Jeremy in 3rd. The tight confines of the Glen Helen course made it hard for the drivers to make clean passes and inevitably, someone just has to make a little mistake for everything to change.
Morris was the first to crack under the relentless pressure from RobMac and started to over rotate coming out of turn 2. RobMac, with nowhere to go, tagged his rear bumper and as the two got out of shape, Jeremy slipped past the both of them and into the lead!
Rodrigo Ampudia and Brian Deegan were right there too with Deegan able to get past RobMac. It was shaping up to be a tight 4 way battle to the finish until Rodrigo had a mechanical failure to take him out. RobMac got by Deegan to get back up into 3rd, but he couldn't catch Morris or the fleeting McGrath out front before the checkered flag.

Rodrigo Ampudia is doing his best to keep us from getting banned again while still representing!
A several time Circle Track Champion Adam Daffner has recently come into the sport. Driving Carl Renezeder's old Championship winning Nissan truck, that features our first Underdrive made for Pro2 Trucks, Adam has been making big improvements each race.
Unfortunately his 4th race came to an end on the last lap as he got tangled with a truck that had lost control going into turn 3, but for a while there he was swapping places with the big names in the sport and making his presence known.
