We begin by hand sketching ideas on a blank piece of paper or even on a napkin.
We call this is the "Imagineering" stage.
These sketched ideas will evolve into 2D CAD drawings, which then get printed and sketched upon.
The process is repeated until we are happy with the design. At this point 3D models are made.
The 3D models help visualize the product, aid in vehicle design, facilitate CNC machining and ensure that when the final product is made, it is going to fit in the vehicle.

Our Grandfather Albert Weismann's insight into why an open differential caused him to lose control of his car and crash in the snow led to his invention of the Weismann Locker... while he was stuck in the snow bank.
